StatSaver – Save Video Status

1. About StatSaver

StatSaver is an Android utility provided by USabhani Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). It may allow users to view eligible status media available on their device, save permitted photos or videos, manage saved files, share content at their direction, open chats, and use other media or utility features made available in the app.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use StatSaver only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your use of the app must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, Google Play policies, and the rules of any third-party service you use with it.

3. Permission to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use StatSaver on your compatible Android devices for lawful, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights in the app, its design, code, branding, or other protected materials are transferred to you.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the media you access, save, copy, upload, download, or share through StatSaver. You agree that you will:

• save or share content only when you have the owner's permission or another lawful right to do so;
• respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and other rights;
• comply with the terms and settings of third-party platforms;
• review recipients and content before sharing anything; and
• keep your device and saved files secure.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use StatSaver to:

• copy, distribute, publish, or exploit content without permission;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, stalk, or invade another person's privacy;
• share illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful material;
• spread malware, spam, scams, or misleading communications;
• bypass access controls, digital-rights protections, platform restrictions, or security measures;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related services; or
• use the app in any way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.

6. Content ownership and copyright complaints

StatSaver does not give you ownership of third-party content. Rights in photos, videos, names, logos, music, and other materials remain with their respective owners. If you believe content or use connected with StatSaver infringes your rights, email us with enough information to identify the material, explain your claim, and allow us to contact you.

7. Third-party services

StatSaver may interact with or rely on third-party services, including Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Cloudinary, Android system features, and apps you choose for opening or sharing content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent practices.

8. Advertising

StatSaver may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other advertising providers identified in our Privacy Policy. Advertisements and advertised products are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee or endorse third-party offers, and any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

9. Purchases and premium features

StatSaver may offer paid products, subscriptions, or premium features through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal information will be shown before purchase. Payments and eligible refunds are handled under Google Play's billing terms and applicable law. Deleting or uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.

10. Permissions and device access

Certain features require Android permissions, such as access to selected photos, videos, media, files, notifications, or network connectivity. You may deny or revoke permissions in Android settings, but affected features may not work. You are responsible for reviewing permission prompts before granting access.

11. Availability, changes, and updates

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature; release updates; or change device and operating-system requirements. We do not promise that StatSaver will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or third-party app, or free from errors. Some updates may be required for continued use.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatSaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will meet every requirement, that saved or shared files will remain available, or that third-party services will operate without interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USabhani Apps and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of data, content, revenue, or opportunity; unauthorized sharing; device problems; or acts of third-party services arising from use of or inability to use StatSaver. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of StatSaver, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access to StatSaver or particular online features when reasonably necessary to protect users or services, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and uninstall it from your device.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of information are described in the StatSaver Privacy Policy. Please read it together with these Terms.

17. No affiliation

StatSaver is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or its owners. “WhatsApp” and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue informally. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear unresolved disputes, subject to applicable law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in StatSaver, service providers, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use StatSaver after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and USabhani Apps concerning StatSaver.
